Product Sourcing

We are currently using Pauls organic milk for our coffees, lasagna and soups.

 

 

We are currently using Devondale streched curd Mozzarella , mixed with roughly 25% Cheddar, for all our pizza cheese, and in other cooking. Click here to read about the Murray Golburn Co-op.

 

We use MilLel Pecorino cheese. Has a great flavour and is made in Austrlia.
