Product Sourcing

Whenever possible we are sourcing the majority of our Fruit & Veg from Back To Eden Organics Wholesaler. 

 

Everything else comes directly from Flemington Markets, or when our little Getz gets too full, courtesy of Shire Fresh Wholesale.

We are currently using over 100kg of nice and ripe Roma tomatoes for our pizza sauces. So you know you are getting lovely fresh Australian produce, without all the food miles of imported Italian tinned tomatoes. We have also been getting organically grown tomatoes whenever possible, however this can be hard because of the quantity we are using. Hopefully in the not to distant future we will have a dedicated organic farm growing us Heirloom San Marzano Tomatoes!!!
